Store Size: 2000-3000 Sq. Feet
Boasts a robust grocery offering situated in dense neighbourhoods with express HMR.
The Market
Store Size: 3001-5000 Sq. Feet
Boasts a robust grocery offering with a full HMR section. Enough space to accommodate a liquor offering.
QSR Co-Branded Market
Fees
Franchise Fee: $20,000 plus HST
Store Opening Fee: $20,000 – 35,000
(training, store merchandising, store set up)
Royalty: 2% of Grocery/ HMR, 1% of net lottery, 1% of tobacco
